Големите продължения „Аватар : Природата на водата“, „Топ Гън: Маверик“ и „Черната пантера: Уаканда завинаги“ са сред основните фаворити.
В своите номинации Гилдията на продуцентите често съвпада с Оскарите. През 2022г. съвпадението бе 8 от 10. И двете церемонии отличиха „Coda“, като най-добър филм. Предходната година и двете церемонии отличиха „Земя на номади“. През 2019г. обаче, гилдията на продуцентите избра „1917“ за най-добър филм, докато Оскарите посочиха „Паразит“.
